Two ways to renew the group membership, and a separate choice on sponsorship. WSCA recommends the order of the steps. You decide the size and the sponsorship.

Option A
Renew at 42 seats with the roster corrected
The two entries for people who left in the spring are replaced by current employees you name, so the group stays at 42. The open request to add two new coordinators is one way to do it. Callum updates the roster only after you approve each name.

Option B
Renew at the size you choose
You confirm which entries stay and how many seats the group needs. With the two departed entries removed and no one added, the group is 40 seats. Any other number works the same way: seats times $385.
- The four members with no activity stay on the roster unless you decide otherwise
- Nobody is contacted about use before the roster is confirmed
- Adaeze decides how dues change once you have confirmed the roster
